We’re delighted to announce that we are now SALSA approved. SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) is a food safety standard created by experts to reflect the legal requirement of producers.

In order to get approval, we had to demonstrate that we are able to produce safe and legal food, while also being committed to continually meeting future requirements.

The SALSA standard will give our customers further reassurance of the standards we put into place at Coronation Rock. The accreditation is recognised and accepted across the industry. The growth of locally sourced food products has been a key driver for the industry in recent years, SALSA is specifically focused on smaller regional suppliers.

We always aim to go beyond the minimum expectations of authorities and we’re happy that we are now recognised for this.
